Why is this INVALID?

Disable HWA seems to fix the problem.

Reproducible: always

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open Google Chrome and open https://about.yahoo.co.jp/csr/
2. Open other application such as notepad and maximized (so that just will hide Google Chrome )
3. Start Firefox with clean profile
4. Exit Browser and Start Browser again
   --- observe content area

Actual Results:
There is only a [about:home] tab as expected.
However, Google Chrome contents are displayed for a very short moment in the tab when the browser is restarted.

Expected Results:
There is only a [about:home] tab.
And It should not display the Google Chrome content in the tab for even a moment.

Well, I can not reproduce the problem anymore on Nightly57a1 and Firefox56.0b10.

I am sorry for troubling you.
