[Note]: - This only happens with pages that start with "https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/" [Affected versions]: - 55.0b3 (id: 20170619071723) [Affected platforms]: - All [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Open Firefox. Open "about:newtab" 2. Open bookmark toolbar. 3. Drag a bookmark from the toolbar to the thumbnail section. [Expected result]: - A new thumbnail is created and the others are left in place. [Actual result]: - A new thumbnail is created but an older one disappears. [Regression range]: - Will look for a regression as soon as possible. [Additional notes]: - Please see the attached video for further information.

The old about:newtab (Tiles) has been replaced by Activity Stream, which does not have a 'drop' action any different than the rest of Firefox (ie. dropping any bookmark on a page will just navigate to it, even mozilla.org pages)
