Builds on try are not scheduling Bb jobs so Rust minimum failures are not seen on try.

I did a try build with changes that expect features in Rust post 1.15 and everything was green however when I pushed to autoland it got backed out because the Bb job didnt pass. Try syntax was "try: -b do -p linux64 " see https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=c64042c139ee Backed out job is https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=autoland&revision=289753493fdfc2e64922b9afb6faea724f4d5676 When doing builds we need to either add try syntax for Bb job, which I think is not useful, or just run then automatically for the specified platforms.
