From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0rc1)
Gecko/20020413
BuildID: 2002041306

All images on the page at the included URL - one time only - did not render.
They appeared broken. When the images were viewed (via properties, then
clicking on the URL in the properties sheet), each gave an error similar to:

The image "(url here)" cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

This happened multiple times in a row during reloads.

A few moments later (after I had moved on to other pages, then returned), all
the images loaded correctly. I have been unable to duplicate the problem since
at the included URL, but I have seen the "...contains errors" message many, many
times on other sites, many times on images that had been uploaded via browser
using a CGI script.

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason why images break in this manner.
In all cases, IE and NS4 displayed the images correctly. Image editing programs
had no problems opening any effected image.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load URL, view images
2.
3.

Actual Results: Images occasionally do not load, and when viewed seperately,
the image loads nearly to completion, then is replaced with the error:

The image "(url here)" cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

Expected Results: The images load correctly each time.
WFM with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; de-AT; rv:0.9.9+) Gecko/20020411
I couldn't reproduce this but a similar bug is now reported: bug 137484
URL: http://www.starbids.se
also bug 137379
just loading images from the starbirds site in their window demonstrates this
problem:
http://www.starbids.se/images/27-5FGR2M.gif
and bug 132763 and bug 137805 are about same thing.
