Right now, the update times in about:url-classifier are shown in UTC. It would be a lot more useful if they were shown in the local timezone so that we don't have to convert these manually.

It does actually use the system's timezone. However, I have privacy.resistFingerprinting turned on and that makes my timezone UTC everywhere :(
