Steps to reproduce:
When I right click and select the "Send Page to Device" context menu, it is still showing the old devices that I have recently removed from Firefox Sync.
Actual results:
Those old devices that are originally duplications are still there.
Expected results:
It should only show the existing devices that user allows to exist.

This is fixed in Firefox 55 (currently in Beta), see Bug 1339861.
