137501 - arrows not working in a form

when filling out a form i can't use the arrows. they don't work. and sometimes
(i don't know on what it depends) the space doesn't function, too. (or it
functions but scrolls down to the bottom of the page)

When you say "arrows" - do you mean navigation arrows on the keyboard, or arrow
widgets on a scrollbar? Since you mention that spacebar scrolls to bottom of
page, it sounds like the form doesn't have focus. It's been known to happen, but
I'm unable to reproduce, testing with 2002041503, WinXP.

i ment the arrows on the keyboard. sometimes i'm unable to navigate in a
form/textarea.

but i don't know on what it depend.
there is no problem with this form e.g

i can't reproduce it, too. sometimes it happens. without any obvious reason.

you can maybe reproduce it on www.calibra-web.de and there in the forum (its 
all german, but try to post a topic. for me it doesnt' work to navigate with 
the arrows inside the textarea)

anyone knows the number of the "form-doesn't-have-focus"-bug?

it's quite hard to write in a guestbook or something similar (even this
comment), if you always scroll down to the bottom using the space-key :/

i just found uot that you can solve this problem by minimizing and reopening the
browser. maybe this helps you to kill the bug ;)

WinXP / 2002053012 / JRE 1.4.0-rc

WFM, also this bug was encountered using an old (3+ weeks) build of Mozilla, if
this bug persists using a current build, please get this bug reopened.
