[PP] Linux - New windows may have grey sidebar, double sidebars

Details
- Launch ./mozilla-appruner.sh
- Select Tasks | Tools | History
- Resize History window to force it to display (known other bug)
- Double-click on a site to open it
- If the Sidebar that comes up in the new window isn't blank, close the new
window and repeat until it comes up blank
Result: In the newly drawn window, the Sidebar will be blank (just grey, no
content). On occasion, you may even get a double sidebar (a real sidebar, with a
grey/blank sidebar to the right of it).
Expected result: If the sidebar is open, every new window should have a real
sidebar, one only, in it.

This is the same problem as opening the browser from the bookmarks panel, or
manage bookmarks window.
