We'll only need this through SF, probably; doing some testing on changing the puppet certs. so, it should match relops' puppetasters, though it doesn't need more than standard cpu/ram/disk. 

ambivalent on the name, but maybe releng-puppet-test1 ?

The general upshot though is:

Name: the hostname and VLAN are the important bits.
OS: Centos7?  RHEL6?  Will you be kickstarting it yourself?
CPU: 1?
RAM: 2G?
Disk: (Std is 40G)

And of course, anything else you need.  If we're installing it, who needs access, etc.

Alright, after conversation with dividehex and fubar, settled on releng-puppet-test1.srv.releng.scl3.mozilla.com - minimum CPU/RAM/Disk, and left blank to be kickstarted.  

Will update when that's done.

Alright, that blank has been created, added to inventory and dhcp and our tracking sheets.
