Taking bug... I'll remove the code which disabled the printing of XUL documents
(follow http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/ident?i=NS_ERROR_GFX_PRINTER_NO_XUL).

Printing XUL _works_ except that the treewidget does not print correctly - but
that issue should be moved to another bug...

Patch to remove the obsolete code.

Printing XUL works without crashing - but some types of XUL widgets don't print
correctly - but that's another issue and another (bunch of) bugs.

I say better to enable printing so that the bugs will get attention than

Bug 188836 ("XUL printing tracking bug") will track the further work for getting
XUL stuff printable...
