From Bugzilla Helper:

BuildID: 2002041408

If you click on a bookmark from within a folder on the personal toolbar, that
folder will maintain it's hover state. You will see the folder outlined as if
you're mouse pointer was on the folder. Mousing over the folder or a tab (if
using tabbed browsing) or resizing the browser will return it to its regular
state. If using tabbing browsing, selecting the first and sometimes the second
will not cause this bug since your mouse pointer will most likely hover over a
tab which would clear the hover state on the folder.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on a bookmark from within a folder in the personal toolbar
if a tab is present, click on the 3rd or later bookmarks

Actual Results: folder maintains hover state

Expected Results: folder should be in its normal state
