Steps to reproduce:
1. Click settings button
2. Click History
3. History bar is being opened. The text is blurry.
4. Move mouse over history items. After mouse hovers over item - the item font becomes not blurry. (see attached image)
Same problem in Help menubar.
Actual results:
The text in history bar is blurry before mouse hover.
Expected results:
The text in history bar must not be blurry.
