Details

nexus-6p-3 attached to autophone-3 disconnected from usb. Several attempts at powertop and reboot did not recover the device.

6p-3 is on a reboot loop. it appears to be corrupted firmware perhaps. letting it discharge, :bc will probably take a look at this when he comes on site.

I reflashed the device and 6p-3 is still doing the infinite reboot. I think we need to recycle it.
