Steps to reproduce:

- open the browser, 
- open a new tab, 
- clicked the fox icon in the top left corner
- click the Show Private Browsing in Menu



Actual results:

The menu item was highlighted, but the highlight was slightly offset
(on a second attempt it was correctly positioned)


Expected results:

The highlight is correctly positioned
