Steps:

Load https://www.pandora.com/artist/joan-sebastian
Press PgDn key once or twice

Expected result:

The page scrolls down

Actual result:

The page is scrolled back up.
Holding down Page Down eventually send the page to the bottom for me (and it stays there).

I get similar results with Chromium, and the affect is laggy, so I suspect it is idiocy in the JavaScript on the page.
