Using windows Build ID: 2002041103. I restarted my computer and on startup, I
briefly had the traditional quick launch icon in the system tray. Then when the
OS finished loading it suddenly disappeared. I thought that was odd. Then I
looked at my process list and found that netscp6.exe was still running in the
background even though the quick launch icon wasn't in the system tray.

Btw, when I installed this build, I had configured my setup to "disable quick
launch".
this was a trunk build.
I see this on win32 (win2k) with branch also 2002-04-12-08 Branch 1.0
It initially appears, but if I mouse over it, it disappears.

Isn't this a dup? I could swear I've seen lots of discussion of this.
I'm not seeing this in the last few trunk builds on Win2K, though I saw it
several days ago.

I believe this is a dup of 136217 which is resolved as dup of 136181 which was
fixed and checked into trunk& branch on 4-12 and should be in the 4-13 branch
build. I took the 4-13 branch and I see that it's fixed on my winme system.
