2) http://www.niedersachsen.de (a german state) fixed with removing <link rel="stylesheet" id="mobil" href="/assets/css/cssmobil.css" type="text/css" media="screen and (max-width: 768px)">
3) http://bayern.de/ (another german state), similar as the previous

http://de.euronews.com/ seems to have the same bug.

If there are further problems when bug 1372041 is fixed, I will create seperate bugs for those websites.
