To Reproduce: open local file that includes space(s) in name

Actual Behavior: local URL spaces are displayed as %20

Expected Behavior: local URL spaces displayed as spaces (like Netscape 4.x)

Still broken in 1.2b. Keyword/target need update.
This bug should be extended to other non-US ASCII characters like 'ñ', 'á', 'é',
'í', 'ó', 'ú', and capital letters of this letters, which also appears with
"special % codes" on URL bar.
This is awful when browsing images with large names. I'll vote for the bug.
