'change...' link in firefox 55b3 location bar search suggestion notification points to about:preferences#general which isn't where the pref is

Details

The preference lives in the "Search" category in the old-layout prefs, and so the change... link is very disorientating right now and should go to the right category instead of "General".
Is this a dupe of bug 1372528?
