Nobody, including me, should commit unreviewed code even if it seems trivial.

Bug 1352907 (a great performance optimization) has not been in place because of https://github.com/mozilla-bteam/bmo/commit/38b13ae3f1885faa0da1d0040a0dda87dc786515.

For this reason, I've enabled the most extreme version of branch protection that github offers.
