In bug 1376245, I'm adding an optimization to avoid doing a traversal when creating generated content, since we already know the style. However, this breaks transition reframes, so I'm just guarding this optimization on the MayHaveAnimations bit.

We should fix this up. I don't have a good grasp on the details, but emilio had some suggestions. I'll let him elaborate.
