The crash cannot be analyzed because the minidump stackwalk is not present. Reason is a bug in the correct usage of the mozharness config files:

>     INFO -  'config_files': ('mozharness\\configs\\marionette\\prod_config.py',
>     INFO -                   'mozharness\\configs\\remove_executables.py'),

The 2nd config should not be used on Windows. This kinda breaks the setup of the minidump stackwalk binary.

Brendan, did we enable those tests lately on Windows?

Yes, this was enabled over in bug 1355150.

I guess we just need to update http://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/b425854d9bbd49d5caf9baef3686e49ec91c17ec/taskcluster/ci/test/tests.yml#392
