13764 - [PP] Linux - Must select a value to close an option menu

Platform: RH Linux 6 (works OK on Win32; this is Linux only)

To reproduce:
- Launch apprunner
- Load the above URL or a page with a form with OPTION VALUEs
- Click the disclosure triangle to drop down the list of OPTIONs
- Click the disclosure triangle a second time

Result: Nothing happens. The list remains displayed.

Expected result: The list should go away without making a selection. As it
stands now, you MUST select something to get the menu to go away on Linux. This
is bad.

I checked in a fix for this yesterday, so I am pretty sure it would be
fixed in today's build not yesterday's.

Please verify that this is still a bug.

Not fixed in the 1999091409 build, Linux.

Marking verified duplicate as per rods' comments. My apologies for the dupe (I
did search bugzilla but couldn't find the duplicate bug due to differences in
terminology.)
