137643 - Download dialog not appearing in PPembed

Build: PPEmbed 2002-04-15-08
Platform: OS X 
Expected Results: When attempting to open a file from a link, the download
dialog should appear. The gives the user the ability to open in a helper app or
save to disk.

What I got: The download dialog isn't displayed and a empty (zero k) file is
created on the desktop.


Steps to reproduce:

1) Open attached test case
2) Click on link which is referencing a pdf file
3) No download dialog appears

This looks like a dupe of:

which is showing this fixed in PPEmbed.
