1376452 - Shut off broken and long-forgotten buildbot OS X SM builds

If you happen to say the wrong thing in your try syntax and the files you touch, you get two Spidermonkey builds, plain and compacting GC, on OS X, both of which fail to build, and then depending on whether you've been there before you ignore that waste of 18 minutes of machine time or you waste much more of your own time trying to figure out whether you broke them, or they were broken in the parent revision you pushed.

Time to shut them off.

Checked several try masters, the above mentioned builders are no longer present on the list of available builders.
