STR:
1. Download the file https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1FW1kUbRTSuOXJma0NoazQzUVk/view
2. Open the file with Nightly
3. Click the button ""Ignore this warning"" in the left iframe
4. Click the button ""This ins't a deceptive site...""
5. Check the URL field in the report page
6. Go back to the test page
7. Click the button ""Ignore this warning"" in the left iframe

Expected:
There is only one button in help menu. (The button name is ""Get me out of here!"" )
The button ""Report deceptive site"" should be hidden because the page is blocked not by google.

Actual:
The button ""Report deceptive site"" is not hidden.

This occurs on Win 10, Mac 10.12, and Ubuntu 16.04
Is this a typo in step 7
7. Click the button ""Ignore this warning"" in the left iframe
--> should be right iframe?

That could be the case. The steps provided is from the information provided by Cynthia. When clicking the right iframe, I do only see 1 button. We can close this issue as invalid and I will pass the test cases.
