The "Remove" button next to an individual extension creates a "pending uninstall" that needs to be explicitly committed when the user closes or navigates away from the current view.  The legacy extensions view doesn't do this, it should just be a matter of adding a call to `doPendingUninstalls()` in `gLegacyView.hide()`
