When you create a snippet, we have as instruction to make it blockable by default by the end user, so we should have this selected as default in the app.

Agree. Blocking atm is part of the templates so it will require some engineering effort to either set default values to templates and reflect that to the UI or move it to the Snippet model.

Blockable will be made a requirement for all templates going forward which renders this a WONTFIX. Work tracked here https://github.com/mozmeao/snippets-service/issues/636
