Pontoon uses a custom fork of Translate Toolkit:
https://github.com/translate/translate/issues/3424
We should switch to upstream and provide a patch we use in our fork.

Emin, this bug now blocks several other bugs.

Hi Matjaz, sorry for late response. I was going to write you few days ago about this bug (to update custom fork) :)
I will try again to fix problem in toolkit's source code later.
