Update data tables to Unicode 10.0 release

Unicode 10.0 is released (2017-06-20), so we should update our various tables that are derived from the Unicode data.

(Note that we will also need an ICU update; presumably Unicode 10 support will be coming in ICU release 60.)

This updates our data based on the Unicode 10 files. One limitiation is that there are 3 new scripts (MASARAM_GONDI, SOYOMBO, ZANABAZAR_SQUARE) not yet known by ICU 59 (they're coming in ICU 60, see http://bugs.icu-project.org/trac/browser/trunk/icu4c/source/common/unicode/uscript.h#L447), so for the time being these characters will be Script=UNKNOWN; we'll need to regenerate the tables once ICU 60 is released and the new script constants are recognized.
