Details

1. Install 2017-06-27 32-bit Nightly ( http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/2017/06/2017-06-27-03-02-09-mozilla-central/firefox-56.0a1.en-US.win32.installer.exe )
2. Menu->Help->About, allow update to run, click "Restart to update Nightly" button
3. Update apparently runs, but Nightly does not restart.
4. Manually running Nightly shows that it is now on 2017-06-28.

Also, instead of hitting the Restart button, if you exit Nightly the normal way and try to start it manually (triggering the update), it will not launch after the update runs.

This does not seem to happen starting with 2017-06-26 and going up to 2017-06-28.

I also noticed that the "restart to update" icon doesn't seem to appear automatically in 2017-06-27, while it does almost immediately after first run in 2017-06-26.
