Hard to test when "Forja is not available in your Country"

I tried to get the video URL and playing it using the HTML5 video player (using the <video> tag) , I got this error :

HTTP “Content-Type” of “video/x-matroska” is not supported. Load of media resource http://forja.tn/streaming/serie/tt5673782/S01/E01 failed. 
All candidate resources failed to load. Media load paused. 
Cannot play media. No decoders for requested formats: video/x-matroska
