Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:54.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/54.0 Build ID: 20170608105825 Steps to reproduce: Firefox 54.0 64bit on Windows 10 build 1703 (Creators Update). If an application requires credentials stored in the password store of Firefox, there is a popup requesting the master password. If this happens with an application which itself creates an alert at the same time (e.g., because popups have not been enabled for this site and I am requested to enable this), I can confirm one popup (the master passwort input), but not the second. Firefox freezes. Actual results: Firefox freezes. Expected results: Firefox should allow confirming the second popup and continue in an orderly fashion.

Component: Untriaged → Password Manager
Product: Firefox → Toolkit
For the sake of completeness: the issue still exists with Firefox 54.0.1 and is still reproducible. The two modals compete.

For the sake of completeness: the issue still exists with Firefox 55.0.3 and is still reproducible. The two modals compete.
This issue has been fixed in some version of Firefox along the way, so the bug report can be closed. It definitely did not exist anymore in Firefox 70.
