We'd like to eventually remove nsXPIDLString and either convert most uses to nsAString or just remove them if unused. Initial focus should be on xpidl out params.

jorgk, here's a trivial bustage fix for Thunderbird. This file no longer exists, and the #include wasn't necessary anyway.
