1.Launch Firefox Nightly from 2017.06.28.
2.Update to the current version.
[Expected result]:
Firefox restarts after update.
[Actual result]:
Firefox updates but doesn't restart.

From my understanding I think that this is intended as per bug:

Hi Robert!
Can you please have a look into this and confirm that this was intended?
Also I don't believe that this is very good for the user experience since the users expectation is for Firefox to restart after update.
