MozillaOnline (Chinese version of Firefox) has some issues connecting to our telemetry servers, so they send some very basic data (consistent with our privacy policy) to their servers.

While we investigate a better telemetry solution, the plan is to allow their telemetry changes into Firefox when it is built with the MOZ_ANDROID_MOZILLA_ONLINE build flag.
