when I resize any program windows (preferences, bookmarks, mail, etc.) it looks
wrong during resizing, like dragging windows borders in a system with a very old
graphics card. Sorry my english.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any Mozilla window
2.Resize the window
3.Window borders looks very ugly until finish
4.After, it looks good. 

Actual Results:  Same of the above comments

Expected Results:  Resizing with the same look that other windows of the system
possible dup of bug 103686 - i asked there. This bug isn't new..
