We have simple reftests that cover the lower/upper/title-case transforms, but it appears we have not updated these since Unicode 8.0. We should refresh them to reflect the latest Unicode character repertoire.

Nothing complex here, just some additions to the character lists. I reduced the font size in the tests as we're getting uncomfortably close to overflowing the size available in the reftest window, at least for the titlecase test.
