Steps to reproduce:

Domain : https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/
Location : https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/api/tokens/

BUG Tittle: There is no Restriction of Length for " Notes " for API token 

I ended up with setting up length of 110603 chars 


Actual results:

" NOTES " Field in creating the is not limited/restricted in length 


Expected results:

there should be Length restriction like max length should be 64 chars or 128.

PS is its valid let me know i have found similar length bug in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org in password
