With `layout.css.servo.enabled` set to `true`, desktop Nightly renders https://tweakers.net/ with mobile CSS applied. Screenshot attached. Top one is the normal desktop site (stylo disabled), bottom one is what very much looks like the mobile website (stylo enabled).
