Steps to Reproduce : 

1. Open Firefox Nightly with a new profile

2. Then go to about:newtab

3. Then grab any item from "Your Top Sites" and then drop that into the place of 
   another tile

Actual Result    : The tile which was dragged and dropped, that tile shows unusual 
                   behavior. That tile when dropped into the place of another tile, 
                   goes to its previous spot and comes again into the new place. 

Expected Result  : No unusual behavior should not be shown
