I know you guys love cleaning up special cases and bug 1339870 lets you do some more. On the /all/ page for Nightly there are links for en-US like this: https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-nightly-latest-ssl&os=win&lang=en-US and for other locales like https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-nightly-latest-l10n-ssl&os=win&lang=nl NB the different product. We can collapse that down to use product=firefox-nightly-latest-ssl for all locales. I'll need to update bouncer for that if you think this is a good idea.
