If an image, hyperlink, table, etc. is added to a Composer page, double-clicking
on that item does not open the appropriate "properties" dialog box.  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install/Launch NS 6.2.1+
2.Launch a new/blank Composer window.
3.Add some content, including an image, hyperlink and/or table.
4.Double-click on image, hyperlink or table to access properties dialog box.


Actual Results:  Double-clicking produces no results, dialog box does not open.

Expected Results:  Double-clicking image, hyperlink or table in Composer will
open properties dialog box for that item.

This bug is not present in the current Trunk build (2002-04-16-06-trunk).

It works fine in 6.2. We made no changes in Composer for 6.2.1 that I know of,
so I will be mad if this was busted!

I am seeing this problem on the 04-15 1.0.0 branch build.  But as the
reporter said, the 04-16 trunk works fine.

This seems to have regressed some time yesterday.

On Mac OSX, the 4-15 1.0.0 build works fine, but the 4-16 1.0.0 does not.

And on Win 2k, the 4-13 1.0.0 build works fine, but the 4-15 1.0.0 does not.

Note:  The Win 4-15 1.0.0 came out yesterday afternoon, whereas the Mac 4-15
1.0.0 came out in the morning.
