Details
Actually the bio is not mandatory and creates so many problems because people don't fill it and we have now too many profiles without any information of the person.
And this is wrong because the website is a resource to know about the people!
I think that is a good first bug because it is simple implement that (I am not an expert for this part in Django but as developer I don't think that is so much difficult).
We are working on new criteria for onboarding on Reps and one of the new requirement will be to have a filled profile with also other information but I think that is one is important for all the mozillians not only for Reps.

Declined feature request. There is no clear product direction at this point. That's why we keep things the way they are until we have a better understanding of the problems we solve.
