In bug 1378836 I'm going to add an extra field to the stackwalker's output to indicate when it thinks the crash address is likely to be wrong. Once I have that in place, I'd like to have the report/index page highlight the crash address field, and display a note about it. Ideally we could put a more detailed explanation (something like bug 1378836 comment 0) somewhere and link to it so people would have an understanding of the problem. This is hard to fix at the Breakpad level, but we can at least warn people when the data is unreliable. The workaround is that users will need to look at the registers for the crashing frame in the "Raw Dump" tab.
