Details

"ISO Common Encryption ('cenc') Protection Scheme for ISO Base Media File Format Stream Format" [1] states that:

"Multiple 'pssh' boxes MUST be provided together if and only if they appear directly next to each other in the stream."

We don't do that, but we should.

Note, I'm handling concatenating contiguous PSSH boxes which appear in MOOF boxes in bug 1351124. In this bug we need to handle concatenating contiguous PSSH boxes contained in MOOV boxes.
