Does the same link work in other browsers? Do other pages open in Firefox? Are you using a proxy or firewall of some description? Have you already tried using our support website, https://support.mozilla.org/ ? This is a bugtracker, and without a *lot* more information, it's not clear this is an actual Firefox bug.
