Seen in 2002041603 on W2K, and before:
The third textbox in the Directory Server Properties-window (Prefs->Edit
directories->Edit...) is higher than the other ones, labels and textboxes are
not centered vertically (on tab1 and tab3).

adding nsbeta1, so this is considered for the machv rtm.
