Enter the page, scroll to right. Table cells are not rendered.

This is what it looks like when it is messed up. This was caused by scrolling
to the left.

The scrollbar appears on the right hand side and appears to have no visible
effect. When scrolling left and right with the slider on the bottom (in the
Moxilla chrome) it shows some old stuff from previous pages -- probably stuff
that was once in memory.
