If you start mozilla navigator then mail & news and you quit them (tray icon
remains) - you can only "revoke" navigator window, mail & news window will never
appear. The only sign of trying on the list of windows (menu Windows) with empty
desc

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start mozilla (Quick Lanunch enabled)
2. start mail & news
3. close all windows
4. open navigator from tray icon
5. open mail and news from tray icon

Actual Results:  No mail&news window appears. There's new "empty" item on
windows list (with no description, just window number).

Problem exists only in Mozilla 1.0 RC builds. It was ok with previous builds.
Tried to remove mozilla and reinstall on two machines (both Windows XP PRo EN) -
the results are the same.
Killing mozilla.exe process and restarting Mozilla semms to be the only solution.

I believe this is a copy of bug 136874, which has been fixed in the latest
Mozilla builds.  Try the 20020416 or later builds, and I think you'll find it
has been rectified (well I hope so :))

I use 20020416 from latest-1.0.0 directory. Seems to be ok now.
